1. Order Acceptance & Pricing

Doctor Codiey Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update or correct pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order suspected to be placed fraudulently or in violation of policy. Any accepted order with confirmed pricing will not be retrospectively adjusted.

2. Payment & Fees

We offer multiple payment options including Razorpay, Mobikwik, and UPI. Payments may incur foreign exchange or processing charges depending on the payment method and customer location, and these are the responsibility of the payer.

3. Refund & Cancellation Terms

Refund eligibility depends on project progress. If cancellation occurs before development begins, 50% of advance is refundable. When 25% of the work is completed, as estimated, only 25% refund applies. Final determination depends on project status and development logs.

4. Delivery & Acceptance

Completed deliverables will be shared via GitHub, Vercel, or relevant repository. Client review period is 7 days; after approval or if no issues are raised within this window, the work is deemed accepted and becomes property of the client.

5. Intellectual Property

Source code, designs, and deliverables remain property of Doctor Codiey Pvt Ltd until full payment is received. After final payment, rights to all project assets are exclusively transferred to the client.

6. Consumer Protection & Warranty Disclaimer

This is a service-based business. Software tools and websites are provided “as-is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness. Efforts are made to ensure uptime and performance, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

All client data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Doctor Codiey Pvt Ltd does not store client data beyond the duration required for project completion and hosting.

8. Legal Modifications

Doctor Codiey Pvt Ltd may update these legal terms with or without notice. Continued use of services after updates implies agreement to revised terms.
